Cleveland Mindfulness Center

If you’d like to deepen your mindfulness practice or begin a new practice you are welcome to join us. Our practice sessions are non-sectarian.  No experience is necessary. Basic/beginner instruction is available. There is no registration or fee to join us.  Come as you are and practice silent meditation or prayer in your own tradition.  Sessions begin with 10 minutes of walking meditation followed by 20 minutes of sitting meditation. Bring your own cushion if you like. Chairs will also be available.
